By creating an Account, the User declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is reserved for adults with full legal capacity.
The Service allows one or more Google Search Console accounts to be connected via read-only OAuth 2.0 authentication, displaying their SEO metrics (clicks, impressions, CTR, position, queries, pages) in a unified dashboard. The base dashboard functionality is free, with no time limit and no limit on the number of connected sites.
The Insight SEO module, activated per site through the purchase or assignment of an Insight Slot, adds historical and comparative analysis features: traffic-decay detection, identification of queries close to page one, automatic alerts, page cannibalization analysis, an SEO change log with impact measurement, and indexing status checks.
Registration requires a valid email address and a password. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through their Account. The User agrees to promptly notify the Service of any unauthorized use of their Account they become aware of.
The connection uses the standard OAuth 2.0 protocol managed by Google. The permissions requested are limited to read-only access to Search Console data and basic Google profile information (name, email, picture). The User can revoke the connection at any time from the Google account permissions page, as well as by disabling the connection from within the Service.
The Service offers a free Plan with one included Insight Slot and paid packages with a larger number of Insight Slots, valid for 12 months from the order's activation date. Prices are shown in Euros on the purchase page at the time of the order.

Package renewal is not automatic: once the 12-month period expires, the User must place a new order to retain additional Insight Slots. The base dashboard remains freely accessible even without any active Insight Slot.
Billing details (company name or full name, address, VAT number or tax code, PEC, SDI code) are collected at the time of the first paid order and can be updated by the User at any time from their account area. The Service reserves the right to request additional information required to issue tax documents under applicable law.
Where the User acts as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection law, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a package within 14 days of the order date, without giving any reason, unless activation of the package — and the resulting start of service delivery — was expressly requested before that period expires, in which case the right of withdrawal is waived for the portion of service already delivered. To exercise this right, a written notice to info@advsms.com is sufficient.
It is prohibited to: access or attempt to access unauthorized Search Console properties; use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; intentionally overload the Service's infrastructure; circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures; redistribute or resell access to the Service without written authorization.
The source code, design, trademarks and all original elements of the Service are the exclusive property of Vicentia Srl or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited. "Google Search Console" and related trademarks belong to Google LLC; the Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.
The Service is provided "as is". Vicentia Srl does not guarantee that the Service will be free from interruptions, errors or inaccuracies, particularly where these arise from the unavailability or modification of third-party APIs (Google, PayPal) outside the Controller's control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vicentia Srl is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the Service.
Vicentia Srl reserves the right to suspend or close an Account in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent use, or non-payment of a confirmed order. The User may request cancellation of their Account at any time by writing to info@advsms.com.
The processing of personal data collected through the Service is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Vicentia Srl reserves the right to modify these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated via a notice within the Service or by email with reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after such communication constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Vicenza, Italy, except where the User qualifies as a consumer under applicable consumer protection law, in which case the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence or domicile applies, where different and not derogable by law.
